At Neural Space LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ifob8568@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of the item and packaging so that we can review your claim and provide a suitable solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
